MONEY-BACK POLICY

1. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE RULES

You are eligible to receive a refund if you did not get visible results with our personalized brain boost plan and all of the following conditions are met:

  • you have contacted us within 30 days after you purchased personalized brain boost plan;
  • you have followed the personalized brain boost plan at least during 20 consecutive days within the first 30 days after the purchase; and
  • you are able to demonstrate that you have followed the personalized brain boost plan pursuant to the requirements stated below in Section “How to demonstrate that you have followed the plan”.

We will review your application and notify you (by email) whether your application is approved. If the application is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.


HOW TO DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU HAVE FOLLOWED THE PLAN

You can demonstrate that you have followed the program by fulfilling the following simple condition:

  • you provide a screenshot from the Profile section of the app with Current and/or Best streak metric showing at least 20 days, which is a proof that you’ve trained at least 20 consecutive days within the first 30 days after purchase

IMPORTANT STATEMENT

Please note that only fulfillment of the above requirements allows you to receive a complete refund under “Money-back guarantee”. For the sake of clarity, this “Money-back guarantee” does not apply to any other instances, including, but not limited to, the following cases:

  • you think that you do not have enough time to do the recommended brain games, puzzles and tests contained in the app; or
  • you think that you do not possess sufficient skills to complete some of the tasks suggested by the app

2. GENERAL REFUND RULES

Generally, if you do not meet the conditions of this Money-Back Policy, the fees you have paid are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise is stated herein or is required by applicable law.

Note for the EU residents:

If you are an EU user, you have the right to withdraw from service agreement and agreement for digital goods without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of such agreement conclusion. The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE IS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO YOU. Therefore, unless the Service is defective, you will not be eligible to a refund in relation to digital goods, and will only be eligible to a proportional refund in relation to digital service.
